Riyadh – Mubasher: Sustained Infrastructure Holding Company (SISCO Holding) has formally announced a change in its leadership following the resignation of Saleh Ahmed Hefni.

SISCO Holding accepted Hefni’s resignation from his position as an executive member of the board on 21 May 2026 due to personal reasons, according to a bourse disclosure.

The decision also included the departure from all sub-committees associated with the board.

The company further confirmed that the transition was processed in accordance with standard regulatory procedures for listed entities in Saudi Arabia.

It is worth noting that board member Hefni’s tenure with the leadership of SISCO Holding began on 1 July 2023, during which he held the status of an executive member.

His term spanned nearly three years, a period during which the company continued to manage its extensive portfolio in the sustainable infrastructure sector.

In the context of Saudi corporate governance, executive members typically play a more direct role in the strategic and operational oversight of the company compared to non-executive or independent directors.

In the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, the listed company SISCO Holding generated net profits worth SAR 26.10 million and revenue of SAR 439.40 million.
